Denise has a 30-minute prep period today, so she's finally going to sit down and search for new songs
for her upcoming show.

Her colleague comes to pick up her first graders from music class right on time.
Excellent...thirty minutes of uninterrupted planning!

She sits down to get to work, but there are two urgent emails that require immediate attention. She answers those...how did that take 15 minutes? She still has some time, so she starts searching the internet for new ideas, but she gets paged to the office for a 10-minute chat with the principal about concert dates for the year.

Oh well! She'd like to try again at lunchtime but she has duty and a short sectional rehearsal. How about after school? Nope, that won't work either because she has a meeting with the guidance counsellor regarding a sweet child who requires special accommodations in music class. Students obviously take priority. She'll just need to find another time.

So, when will she program her concert? At home tonight? On the weekend in between her own family activities?
